I suffer from ME,
with lots of
neurological and
circulatory symptoms
and organ problems
in all body systems.
I took Cellfood
daily between 2000
and 2005 while
working in jobs
requiring excellent
concentration and
often in very
stressful contexts
and sick buildings,
which affect me very
badly. |
|
|
|
The support
it gave me
in terms of
improved
function and
being able
to continue
working
coherently
was
incredible.
Now retired,
my life
circumstances
are much
healthier
and less
challenging.
I took
HeartGems
from 2007-08
because of a
serious
recurrence
of heart
symptoms,
which have
affected me
off and on
since I was
a teenager.
The symptoms
gradually
reduced over
a period of
three
months, till
they were
altogether
gone, and my
strength and
resilience
on every
level had
come back
up.
Many
blessings,
Anni Dixon

New EPA/DHA Capsules
 |
EPA/DHA supplements
provide essential
fatty acids (EFAs)
that your body
requires. The two
main classes of EFAs
are omega-3 and
omega-6. Among their
many important
functions, EFAs are
used to make
powerful
short-acting
hormones known as
eicosanoids. Omega-6
EFAs tend to
generate
pro-inflammatory
hormones, whereas
omega-3 EFAs are
used to make
hormones that reduce
inflammatory
processes.
The optimum ratio
for balance of these
effects is
approximately 1:1.
However, most foods
supplying EFAs in
the U.S. diet have a
ratio of omega-6 to
omega-3 EFAs in a
6-20:1 ratio. This
means that most
diets are not only
deficient in omega-3
EFAs, but the ratio
of EFAs that are
ingested tends to
fuel inflammatory
processes in the
body.
